AmCham has held this year's Iftar in Ramallah on Thursday, September 11th; the Iftar was generously sponsored by APIC Group.
The Iftar was attended by around 70 Palestinian businesspeople and U.S. Government officials; AmCham members in addition to a number of U.S. Consulate officials headed by the Consul General in Jerusalem Mr. Jacob Walles, U.S. Commercial Service Office and other officials from the USAID mission headed by the Mission Director, Mr. Howard Sumka. The Iftar was an opportunity for the invitees to socialize and mingle.

The AmCham Chairman, Mr. Kareem Shehadeh, welcomed the meeting and urged them to mingle and socialize. Mr. Shehadeh then on behalf of all AmCham members and staff has presented a plaque to Mr. Suheil Gedeon, the former Chairman, as a token of appreciation to honor Gedeon's dedicated efforts towards PACC in the previous years.
