Mr. Jake Walles, Consul General of the United States, was honored during the event for his dedication towards Palestine. FTA Seminar on June 4, 2009 AmCham Palestine in cooperation with the U.S. Commercial Service Office conducted a workshop on Thursday June 4, 2009 at Grand Park Hotel in Ramallah, the workshop was about the Duty Free Treatmen of Products of the West Bank and Gaza. Meeting with USTR Respresentative - November 18, 2008 The meeting was held with Palestinian businesspeople who are members at the AmCham to learn and talk about the Palestinian business environment in general and discuss the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) with Palestine in specific. Video Conference with USTDA - November 6, 2008 AmCham in cooperation with the U.S. Commercial Service Office held a video conference meeting with the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) / Washington on Thursday, November 6th, at the AmCham premises. The meeting was an introductory one about USTDA programs, activities and services in Palestine.
